McCain Must Be Senile!

This is getting downright scary. McCain rails against "pork" spending to study the DNA of Bears, makes a joke, decries the evil of such spending.

Problem: Palin's administration secured millions to study the DNA of seals.

Now lets be clear here -- there are valid scientific reasons for doing both and in a vaccuum, its just ignorant and anti-scientific without knowing more to decry such spending.

What's stunning is that (1) McCain is too senile to know that he's blasting what his running mate has championed, or that (2) Palin yuks it up and tacitly agrees with McCain that she's a wasteful porker.
