McSame doesn't get it. Its his 26-year philosophy of DEREGULATION that's gotten us into this mess.
Look, its as simple as this: if you remove the speed limits on highways, sure, cars can go faster than 70, 80, or 90 mph. But when crowded traffic all decides to go 150mph, accidents -- BIG ACCIDENTS -- happen.
Republicans call this "regulation" bad, because cars are CAPABLE of going faster. Democrats understand that slower is sometimes better -- especially when it avoids catastrophic accidents.
